Tiller reads your bookings, builds the shipment file, assembles the charges and watches the cutoffs — and brings you only what needs a person.

What changes

The booking builds itself

The job arrives the way it always does — an email, a PDF, a scan. Tiller reads it and creates the file. The typing is the part that disappears.

Today

Open the email. Key the shipper, consignee, ports, incoterm and payment term. Chase the missing weight. Look up the rate. Build the charge lines. Keep the cutoff in your head.

With Tiller

Forward the email. The file is there, with the parties matched to your records and the charges assembled. You check it and press go.

It watches the file so you don't have to

Cutoffs, milestones and the shipments drifting toward trouble are tracked continuously and surfaced when they matter. Nothing depends on you remembering to look.

You see the margin while the job is still open

Job P&L and lane profitability move as the work moves — accruals counted as cost before the vendor bills land, so an unfinished job never looks profitable.

Four fields. You'll be looking at a shipment file in minutes.

And it never gets ahead of you

Only what needs you

The routine passage runs itself. What reaches you is the exception — named, with the reason, and with what to do about it. Not a blank form. Not an inbox to search.

Denied-party / sanctions match — human decision required

OE-019FF4C66B77 · Meridian Components Ltd. · Shanghai → Los Angeles

Raw-document denied-party screen: NOT screened — no denied-party list is loaded, so a sanctioned name in the document cannot be asserted clear.

It says it isn't sure. It does not guess.

Nothing irreversible without you

An invoice, a customs filing, a released B/L — the system proposes; you commit. And when something is in the way, it tells you exactly what, and exactly what it needs.

1 thing blocking this shipment

Consignee 'Pacific Imports LLC' did not match a known party — onboard the party, or correct the name to an existing one.

Needs someone with permission to add a party.

You can see where every value came from

Every field carries its origin — read from a document, computed, or typed by a person. Nothing in the file is anonymous.

Trusting an AI near money and customs is the real question. So we published the answer in full — the exact list of things our AI is never allowed to do. Read it before you trust us with anything →

What's different

Tell me what's wrong with it. I'll fix it.

Tiller is built by one person working with AI. There is no ticket queue, no change-order, no roadmap committee, and nobody ahead of you in a backlog of seventeen thousand other customers.

You report something. It gets fixed — usually that week.

Every other freight system has to ration engineering time. That constraint moved. You can test this claim in a week, which is the point of making it — and the record is public.

What it doesn't do yet

This industry has been sold enough software on promises. So, plainly:

  • No carrier or customs-authority connections. Nothing files itself with anyone yet.
  • Ocean export and air import are the modes proven so far.
  • It's early. No forwarder is running their whole business on it today.
  • One person builds it. That's why it moves fast — and it's a real risk you should weigh, which is exactly why the next part isn't negotiable.

This list will get shorter. It will always be here.

Your data

Yours. Exportable.

Export your records. No exit fee, and no charge for a copy of your own data. If you leave, you leave with it.

What it costs

Free for small forwarders. Permanently.

Not a trial. Not a freemium ladder with the useful parts behind a wall. If you're a small forwarding operation it costs nothing — because the whole reason for building this was the operators the big systems price out.

Larger operations will pay something modest, published and predictable. Your bill will never go up because you got busier, or because you automated something.

Be one of the first forwarders on it.
The early operators shape what gets built next — because there's nobody ahead of them.
